Junior and Youth Training Program

The UA NYC JUNIOR AND YOUTH PROGRAM is designed to provide young runners an opportunity to participate in a progressive training program while fostering a love for exercise and the sport of running. While all the kids will be encouraged to challenge themselves and do the best they can it will be done in an atmosphere of fun, learning and encouragement.

Training Sessions: Each session will comprise the following elements in order.

1. Warm up

2. Stretch

3. Running component

4. Agility drill, strength training

5. Stretch 

While the initial workouts will be introductory in nature, the ten week program is progressive with the hope showing the kids that you can achieve and improve through commitment and a bit of work. 

Bottled water will be provided for each session. 

We are flexible what days of the week you choose to come.

Central Park Youth/Junior Spring Training Program is offered Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00PM. Drop off and pick up will be at various locations in Central Park. Sessions begin 4/30/24 and ends 7/6/24.

Central Park Youth/Junior Spring Training Program Saturday Session is offered Saturday at 10:00AM. Drop off and pick up will be at various locations in Central Park. Sessions begin 5/4/24 and ends 7/6/24.

A full ten week program description will be given in advance including workout details.

Fees:

1 session per week $495.

2 sessions per week $595.

Brooklyn Junior Training Program Sessions begin 4/8/24 and ends 6/14/24.

We are flexible what days of the week you choose to come.

Sessions are offered Wednesday and Friday at 4:30PM. Drop off and pick up will be in Prospect Park. There will be no sessions on April 24th and 26th.

Fees:

1 session per week $495.

2 sessions per week $695.
