TUES - 3-8-22
WHAT/WHERE- 2 x 75 meter hill, 2 x 100 meter hill, 2 x 125 meter hill, 2 x 100 meter hill, 2 x 75 meter hill. Meet at the WEST 102ND ST transverse at 7:00 PM ready to run
WHY/HOW- Improve muscular strength, speed and technique. Fast and relaxed. Mid foot strike, don’t cross midlines, drive off then back foot.
THUR - 3-10-22
WHAT/WHERE- 2-3 X uphill mille. Meet at the north end of Central Park between 6th and 7th ave at 7:00 PM ready to run.
WHY/HOW- May be the most productive workout we do !! Improve VO2 max, strength, speed. Bring your A game. Big effort, Big gain.
TUES - 3-15-22
WHAT/WHERE- 4-6 X 600 meters. Meet at the Great Lawn Oval at 7:00 PM ready to run .
WHY/HOW- Improve VO2 max and speed. 90-95 % focused and relaxed.
THUR - 3-17-22 (NYC 1/2 SUNDAY)
WHAT/WHERE- 12 X 150 meters, 3 sets of 4. Meet at E 90th street in Central Park at 7:00 PM ready to run.
WHY/HOW - Improve speed and technique. Prep for NYC 1/2. Run fast and RELAXED…no strain
