With a doctor’s note we will refund you for any weeks from the date on the doctor’s letter forward. No retroactive refunds will be given under any circumstances.

You are welcome to make up sessions at other session days. To arrange for a make up session please email: info@UrbanAthleticsNYC.com

Including the warm up and cool down, sessions last approximately one hour. We leave to run promptly at the start time. Arrive early if you need to change before the workout.

You may leave your bags in the stores for groups that meet at a UA location. For the East Six Street track, please note you are responsible for your own personal belongings and should not bring any valuables with you to the track.

One of the biggest assets of the RunUrban program is your Personal Coach. Your coach will email a daily running program on a weekly basis. It is not necessary to complete long runs as a group.

Runners of all paces are welcome to join the program, as long as you have been running approximately 10-15 miles per week. Our program is unique, in that we treat each athlete as an individual. You will be placed in a pace group with other runners who are similar to you, and not pushed to run faster than what would be appropriate for you to improve and benefit from the session.

We ask that you pick a program and stick with the day you choose. We do allow you to make up session by attending an alternate workout day. This is by special request only. You can make these requests in an email to: info@UrbanAthleticsNYC.com

RunUrban offers a three installment payment plan upon your six month commitment.

Upon your clearance to participate, your Personal Coach will modify your program accordingly. RunUrban will also refer you to our support experts to assist you in your recovery. If a doctor declares that you are unable to complete the program, you willbe refunded for any pre-paid portion of your program with adoctor’s letter. No retroactive refunds will be provided.

Yes! Your Personal Coach will customize your weekly schedule for half -marathon training. The group sessions are importantelements of training programs for events of all distances.

Your health and physical endurance will improve immensely by investing in this six month program. You are under no obligation to complete a marathon at the end of the program, but we hope you will be inspired to do so!

RunUrban’s Marathon training program is unique in that it is completely customized for you as an individual athlete. We achieve this by assigning you a Personal Coach, who will mail you a daily running program, as well as attend your weekly workouts. This Coach understands your personal goals, challenges, and abilities, and will customize a program specifically for your needs!

Yes! RunUrban’s experienced coaching staff will design a program for you no matter what your level of experience.We dorecommend that you have a running base of 15 miles per week.
