Family run day is a 10 week program suitable for kids 6 years and older with or without their adult caregivers. With experienced motivating coaches who create a FUN and social environment, this program has cultivated a positive relationship with running and exercise for more than six years. Kids are welcome to participate independently with their parents’ consent. Adults are also welcome to attend without children. The program will enhance speed, coordination as well as improve running form in any sport. Workouts are completely individualized to the runner’s ability, and include interval training, time trials and optional races. Weekly emails will include details of the next session’s workout. All coaches are USA Track and Field Certified.
