Run Urban For Kids!
Run URBAN KIDS is a fun 8-Week program where your child will stay fit for ANY sport they participate in during the year. By learning good fundamentals and receiving consistent attention from a certified and experienced coach, the Urban Athletics Kid's program helps kids of all ages become better runners. Our goal is to grow a healthy attitude toward exercise and running in young athletes, or any child interested in staying fit!

Group Programs available for Kids ages 5-14
Have fun running with other kids
Improve running form and fitness through sessions designed to suit individual ability
Learn good training habits and increase speed
Begin a lifelong love of exercise and competition
Get a gait analysis from our expert staff

MEET yOUR COACHES AND COUNSELORS
RunUrban is NYC's premiere program because our staff believes in excellence. At RunUrban we believe in first hand experience and education.Those two things build the foundation of all our programs. Our Coaches are alll USA Track & Field Certified and are practicing runner's themselves. Our nutrition counselors are graduates of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and specialize in different backgrounds.
