Runurban's One-On-One Training Program is in high demand for the all levels of athletes who desire a training session to be fully customized to their goals and needs. Your coach will share their expertise with you in all matters of training from proper form to creating personalized workouts designed to achieve your goals. The program is unsurpassed by any other NYC Program and is the fast track to success!
Online Coaching
RunUrban's Online Coaching program assigns to you a personal coach , who will work with you via the convenience of email to support you in reaching your goals.
Your coach will design a customized DAILY training program, and modify it based upon your goals, schedule, feedback and progress. Online coaching is perfect for those athletes in our Speed and Form program who require daily support, or for those whose schedules do not permit attending group sessions.

RunUrban is NYC's premiere program because our staff believes in excellence. At RunUrban we believe in first hand experience and education.Those two things build the foundation of all our programs. Our Coaches are alll USA Track & Field Certified and are practicing runner's themselves. Our nutrition counselors are graduates of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and specialize in different backgrounds.

MEET YOUR COUNSELORS
Cara Macari is a co-owner of Urban Athletics and co-founder or RunUrban Coaching and Training. She is a lifetime fitness enthusiast, and runner with a Master's degree in Exercise Science as well as a certified Holistic Health Counselor. She launched the Run Urban's "Whole Food Whole Athlete" Health Counseling program after realizing that many athletes in our marathon training and coaching programs were struggling with the increased energy demands of training.
